The exceptionally helpful, polite, and knowledgeable Danielle worked hard to schedule my appointment on the same day as another customer in my town so that both of us would save travel costs. On July 8 a FH&H technician, Chad, arrived and explained what he was going to do. Within 30-45 minutes, he was completely done, and he discussed with me the thorough maintenance procedure he'd gone through. Chad was also professional, friendly, and displayed pride in his work. I am happy to recommend FH&H, with no reservations, to anyone considering a new fireplace, or anyone who needs service. This company is an absolute pleasure to work with!
